No, all work orders are made online and completed within 24-48 hours. 

We do. We have skilled technicians available to servce all your maintenance needs. 

You will login to your resident portal online and submit a service request. We will respond and complete your request right away. 

During business hours you can stop by the office with your ID and we will be happy to grant you access.

Yes, we offer covered grage parking in addition to surface parking.

We have a 24-hour fitness facility, co-working space,  resident lounge, heated pool, activity courtyard, dog park, and pet spa.

Yes, and we would love to meet your pet.

Stainless steel microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, and dishwasher.

We do not but can provide you with information on furniture rental.

72-hours after receiving the application and employment verification.

All rent is paid online through the resident portal. 

Yes, $100,000 limited liability insurance is required, and personal property coverage is recommended. 

Internet is provided to you by Hotwire. 

You have two options to break your lease which will be reviewed and chosen at time of lease.

We take care of water setup for you. To setup electric you wll call FPL.

No utilities are included in your rent.
